With a strong background in the software and healthcare sectors, he provides strategic legal counsel to businesses navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Before transitioning to law, Dylan worked as a software sales representative, where he gained invaluable experience in negotiating contracts, software transactions, and data transfers. In his prior in-house roles, he drafted and reviewed a wide array of contracts, including software licenses, data processing agreements, employment and contractor agreements, and technology-related transactions. He also developed comprehensive data privacy compliance programs, with expertise in privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and more.

Dylan earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where he excelled in the Intellectual Property Clinic, representing clients in IP litigation and trademark registration. After graduating with distinction, he also completed a concentration in Legal Innovation and Technology. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
